From YOUR perspective:: The system is your way of communicating with us about your program

The design of this system has to take into account over 100 different and unique programs
The structure imposed by the system may not be an exact fit for your individual organization's actual structure.

Your site visit is scheduled appropriately
All of your participants will be able to take the survey

How do I use the system?

The system is made up of 7 different forms for you to fill out:

Listing Form

All the information to publicize your program on STARTALK's website:

- One last piece is provided via the sites form

Contacts & Personnel Form

Contact information for your key personnel
Names and bios for any other personnel

Courses Form

Each course has its own roster and calendar
Courses may share sites and curricula
Courses are what get surveyed
Similar to the “program session” unit from 2009

Who is attending your program?

Participant names
Participant status (withdrawn, completed, consent for students)
Enrollment numbers
Number of consent forms sent to NFLC

Curricula Form

What does your program teach?

Basic information about the content and intended audience for this curricula
You will still be working with your team leader to develop your actual curriculum documents

Sites Form

Where is your program taking place?

Addresses
You must provide these in order for your program to be searchable by state

Course Calendar Form

When is your program taking place?

Instructional days (required)
Orientation days (optional)
Closing ceremonies days (optional)

What else is coming up?

Survey: May 17
Site Visit Planning: June 1
Final Report: June 15

Rosters and calendars must be in place 3 weeks prior to your program's first day
There will be an online system for collecting site visit logistics
Final report will be online, the same as last year
